SSO Tan Chong Lian has displayed selfless initiative and exemplary vigilance by assisting to put out a fire at the Woodlands Checkpoint Staff Canteen. Upon being alerted, his quick response together with SSO Neo have helped to avert a major fire at the checkpoint before the arrival of the SCDF. In his daily work, the officer has shown much professionalism in his work, and ensures that there is no compromise in the quality of operations.

SSO Neo Yew Beng has displayed selfless initiative and exemplary vigilance by assisting to put out a fire at the Woodlands Checkpoint Staff Canteen. When alert was raised, he reacted quickly and together with SSO Tan, they helped to avert a major fire at the checkpoint before the arrival of the SCDF. In his daily duty, SSO Neo is a consistent high performing officer who shows a deep sense of responsibility in his work - trusted by his Operations Manager and peers alike.

SS Panju A/P Nagappa has displayed exemplary vigilance while performing checks, she detected 02 pieces of paraphernalia believed to be used for consumption of drugs and white crystallized substances believed to be drugs (ICE). Not only was she able to display composure during the incident, but followed through on the necessary SOPs required to detain the subject safely. This is just one of the many awards that she has received from clients for her good detections and high-quality work. A positive individual who shows much passion and tireless dedication to her work, she is an inspiration to her peers and has made invaluable contributions towards a safer and secure community.
